The data classes of the cardio-vascular system of the constitution were generated by Q-technic. Significant factor structures has been received by iteration method of general factors. The factor diagram of the norm and pathologies were constructed. More important factors were found.

О.Н. Канева. Двухэтапная задача нелинейного стохастического программирования с детерминированной матрицей компенсации.
В статье предлагается новая постановка двухэтапной задачи стохастического программирования, которая отличается от существующих формулировкой задачи второго этапа. Дана содержательная интерпретация, рассмотрены условия разрешимости, предложена схема метода решения задачи.

The paper considers the problem of traffic jams. It begins %with an investigation of the traffic flow on crossroad. The %influence of traffic lights on congestion is shown. The dynamic %model of decision behavior of driver on crossing is then %constructed. By running this model deeper understanding the %problem is obtained. Proposed simulation tool gives the effective %control system of crossing. The optimal time of green lights on %the crossing is derived.

С.В. Белим. Влияние конкуренции между дальнодействием и близкодействием на критическое поведение неупорядоченных сжимаемых систем.
The renormalization-group method is applied to analysis of phase transitions in systems with long-range interaction where the order parametr is coupled to nonordering additional elastic variable. A variety of critical and tricritical behavior is found as function of the physical variables and possible macroccopic constraints imposed on the system. The critical and the tricritical exponents were calculated in two-loop order with using Pade-Borel summation technique.

In this work the theorem about complete integrability of %Jacobi's equation on arbitrary Riemannian manifold are proved. In %particular, was shown that Jacobi's equation is geodesic flow on %tangent fibration of Riemannian space with some induced metric.

Solutions of the Dirac equation for which energy-momentum tensor is equal to zero but Dirac current is not equal to zero (ghost spinous) are considered. Solution of such type for Dirac equation with stationary \(\delta\)-functional electro-magnetic potential are found. It is shown that ghost spinous can be localized by such field.

А.В. Нехаев О прогностической функции закона малых чисел Р.Коллинза для истории и историков.
The purpose of the given research is development and correct of methodological toolkit which would comprise procedures and mechanisms quantitative estimations, for a field of historical sciences. Results of the given research offer the decision of three primary goals. First, the theoretical opportunity of introduction of mechanisms of quantitative estimations, both in historical, and in historiographic researches has been proved. Second, the theoretical analysis allowing adequately to enter mathematical tools quantitative estimations in procedures of historical and historiographic researches is lead. So the formula for carrying out of a quantitative estimation and calculation of <> descriptions by historical theories and concepts of the objects of research, in particular, has been received and investigated; In this connection, value of the law of small numbers of R.Сollins for afield of a history and a historiography, and also - a level or scale of historical research, logic complexity and, at last, an absolute time delay of historical theories and concepts from processes described by them has been opened. Thirdly, the given research suggests modernized, in view of substantial - semantic specificity of a field of a historiography, a complex of formulas which allows to make a historiographic estimation of historical theories and concepts; thus though also different on character, but having the common center of attention acting for them as object of research -- a problem.

In many databases there are means of restriction of performance of some actions by users. However, any of them does not give an opportunity in full to limit reception of the information with the help of logic conclusions at the authorized access. In given article the model allowing probably partly to solve the above described problem of a conclusion of the information at multilevel protection is submitted
